Somebody’s used a whiteboard at work to stick stuff up on it using blu-tack. Now I can’t clean the stuff off – any tips?
Please no predictably facetious answers like “get the person who did it to clean it” or “buy a new whiteboard” – you need to work on your creativity 
The sticky things that came with my whiteboard are useless, the first set I used, it fell off the wall within the hour. I used 3M Command Hangers, fell off the wall again. The 3m hangers actually took a big chunk of the paint off my wall. The board is 2 feet by 2 feet and only 1/2 inch thick.
I used bleach to clean my whiteboard, and it took the finish off. Now the dry erase markers don’t wipe off, i have to scrub them. What could I use to resurface it?
Clear Coat would be a good option.
Start by sanding the board to get a rough surface, then paint it with the clear coating. Gelgloss works well. Rustoleom also makes white board paint.
You could also use a self-adhesive board skins to place over it. It’s extremely sticky on the back, so make sure to get it placed before you stick it on.
What is the best way to remove non white board marker from a white board? My father wrote on the whiteboard with a non white board marker and my cousins with crayon annyone have any suggestions on how to remove the unwanted marks?
